What have we been up to? We just got back from a 7-night sailing aboard the brand new Celebrity Xcel from Barcelona, with stops in Malta, Turkey, as well as the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini, before ending in Athens. During one day in Barcelona on no sleep, we ate all the things, from Jamón Ibérico to seafood, then boarded the Xcel and visited three countries that were new to us, got the Instagram selfie in Santorini with the blue-domed churches, saw seriously ancient ruins in Turkey and Greece, and got pooped on by a bird in Mykonos, which they say is good luck. What’s next? Over the summer, we’ll head to Southern California for Scott & Veronica’s wedding. Disney nuts that we are, we’ll also make our first visit to Disney Land and whatever else we can fit in. And in early December, we’ll be back to the Disney Vacation Club resort at Hilton Head Island, SC.
